A Taylor Event


Have you noticed the trend recently for a business to call a big sale an 'event'? "Kohl's Lingerie Event" or "National Dodge Clearance Event". So I'm declaring today an event of my own (no, I'm not selling my kids on eBay. Brian wouldn't like that.) The event is hard to describe, but involves...sleep. Leah spent a majority of the morning on the couch, napping on and off, and Hannah fell asleep on the floor. Maybe you are thinking 'more boring pictures of kids sleeping...what's the big deal?' The deal is that my kids sat still long enough to have their eyes closed, and that is an EVENT in this house.



I'm committing to being more positive this week-lots of happy comments and heartwarming stories *oozes with sarcasm*. Sometimes things can only get better, right?

you forgot to mention yourself in the Taylor Sleep Event. 3 hour nap I believe while your husband stood guard after not being able to fall asleep until 2:30am. I think I got about 1 1/2 hours of sleep that might have been longer had the phone not rang and actually was for me for a change.

There were a few other "Events" that occurred today...but best we don't talk about that. All's well that ends well.
