Our baby is two

Hannah turned two today-hooray!-but no one was up to festivities. Brian has stomach flu, Leah has ear infections plus nasty fevers, and Hannah has sinus infections plus nasty fevers. We decided to celebrate in a few days when were up for it because, hey-she's two, right? We can get away with it this year. Next year I know we won't be so lucky, and we'd better not be so sick.

This is a thought I've had many times over the past few months: Hannah came into this world at 1:50 am. I've been up at that hour with her almost every night since then...and I really wish that was an exaggeration!

She's always been very passionate about food and turns every meal into a full body experience.
She has a wonderful big sister! Leah loves her little sis and I really dig how they take care of each other.

She's always been a bit of a monkey. There is way too much personality for her little body! She is such a delight to be around. We feel so blessed to have her and Leah both in our lives. When they are in bed, Brian and I sit around and talk about how cute they are and the funny things they did that day and how much we love them. I know that sounds so dumb, but it's true and I'm not afraid to let y'all know that our kids are the best!

Two years old means potty training, big girl beds and lots of independance. She's SO verbal, so we're already saying goodbye to adorable little words-beeps (grapes), Tee (softie), and paca (backpack, cucmber, ice cream, and a few others). We love Hannah! (and Leah!)
