*too tired to write a title*

I wrote a poem. Actually, I didn't, I'm just too exhausted to make paragraphs right now. Here it is, pulled directly out of my head and onto this page:

Too tired for:

     Laundry
     Kindle
     Sewing
     Holidays
     Humor
     Scouts
     Perspective
     Questions
     Lessons
     Creativity
     Naps
     Commitments
Adventure (WHAT?! Did I just say that???)

Poem over.

My energy level has reached critically low levels to the point where only have about 3-4 hours of productivity in one day. The rest of the time is spent horizontal. I don't know what's wrong. Jacob thinks it's Celiac disease and has spent the day freaking out over gluten. I've spent the day eating gluten. I have another appointment tomorrow. Something is eating me alive from the inside out. Hopefully we'll get some answers.

I'm going to try to post some pictures but I may not have the energy to explain them. I'll start and when I lose steam, I will hit 'publish' and we'll all see what happens.

We found a great bowling alley in South Miami.

I keep trying to tell the girls how spoiled they are to live in a place where you can swim in November at night in a beautiful pool that you have all to ourself. Someday they will believe me.

Hannah started ballet and Leah auditioned, without telling me, for a school chorus. She got in and is loving it.

Both girls got Student of the Month. I'm so proud of how hard they've worked to fit into, and do well in, a school where they are a clear minority in many ways.

Last week we drove across the state to the gulf coast to a little place called Sanibel Island. HEAVEN ON EARTH. Clean, normal people, lovely beach, and we saw a family of dolphins!!! Some were black and some were gray. I still get so excited thinking about it. They were so much fun to watch in the wild.

A balmy 70 degrees. Perfect weather--no sunburns, no need for extra clothes.

It's hard to tell, but the beach in covered in clam shells, so Hannah and Jacob decorated their castle with shells. I couldn't stop thinking about my niece Rachel and how much fun she probably would have had making something out of those shells.

I have celiac disease. It's crappy but at least there is a way to feel normal. I hope you get it figured out!
