That moment when

Have you seen those internet pictures that are written in incomplete sentences?

"That moment when you look at him and he's already looking at you."

What does that even mean? WHAT MOMENT, PEOPLE? Finish your thought! It's like saying, "Oh, I heard the funniest thing about you, but...never mind. I shouldn't say it."

I'm too outdated for these kinds of things, and it literally took me months to figure out that there wasn't going to be an ending to that incomplete sentence.

So, in spite of itself, my head has been thinking of it's own incomplete sentences.

"That moment when you cut your nails and the clipping flies off into oblivion and you find it two weeks later."

"That moment when you pass gas in a store and blame it on the baby."

"That moment when you realized you spent way too long thinking about that moment."

Here are a few randoms. I'll try to write in incomplete sentences, but I might edit later, lest I lose sleep over the matter. That moment when you lose sleep over other people's incomplete sentences.

That moment when you try to get your daughter out of bed and realize she sleeps just like you:

That moment when you wake up to a recurring president and feel peace:

(This is not a political commentary. I just about left the country when Bush was reelected, so I've learned to be a little less freakish about some things. We are ok, folks. The next 4 years will be as good as you want them to be. That's all. Peace out.)

That moment when you meet Reeky Ricardo, the pet skunk, and you daydream for 3 seconds about getting your own pet skunk.

Look at his little face! Soft fur! So sweet!

That moment when you realize that your daughter is having more fun with Posable Wood Guy than you are.

Just a cute pic. No moment.
