Signs

This post has two purposes:

1. I am procrastinating some end-of-semester homework that I can't make myself do. Summer semester ends August 6th---party!

2. For some reason, I've always loved random signs and find myself giggling alone in the car when I pass one. Here are a few that have tickled me. Note: I did NOT take these while driving! In most cases, I stopped the car or got out completely. No one was harmed. I promise.

Important Safety Tip: If the leopard attacks, please leave. Taken at the Pacific Science Center.

If I owned a store, these would be my hours. Taken at Jackon's Hole in Springville. Actual store name might be funnier than their door.

The food at Kneader's is no laughing matter. I take it quite seriously. Taken at the Kneader's in north Provo.

Tell Satan he can have his wildfires, too. Taken in Salem.

YES!! *fist pump* Taken in Springville (home to many hilarious signs)

And when the sale includes 40% off clearance, I'm glad to be there. Taken at the Gap.

Note: I realized as I was looking over this post that it's not that funny and really, I don't know why I thought these signs were cool in the first place. Except that one about the cats--HAHAHAHA!!!

 Oh well--I'm posting anyway.

I've seen the sign about grooming cats--I laugh every time. I'm curious why you left off "Lollipop's". We drive that way when we come to Mapleton just for the laugh. Unless,of course, the woman's name IS Lollipop. In this case it is NO laughing matter.

I have a hunch that someone there is named Lollipop. In fact, it's bothered me so much that 1)I've stopped driving down that street and 2) i'm tempted to call ask about the sign. They use an apostrophe consistently on all their advertising. I can't believe I'm still writing about this.

You should take a pic of the billboard in Payson for some real American lawyers that says, "Just Sue 'Em." The extremely patriotic motif is also worth mentioning.

Ooh, I haven't seen that one. I wanted to get a picture of the billboard in Nephi that says, "It's ok dear. Eat some peanuts." I still don't get it.
