She's Eight, Folks

Here's a Leah-heavy post. It isn't terribly informative or wordy, so may be you can fill in the story with what you think probably happened :)

Hannah took pictures of her all morning:

Here's Frodo the miniature horse. A friend of ours loaned him to us for Leah's party and the girls took turns riding him around the yard and in the street (being led by Grandma, of course).

So tiny!

All the party guests dressed up as cowgirls.

Pink cupcakes and lots of friends...

I tried to get a picture of everyone holding their name but it was less effective :)

Also she got baptized:

Leah holding a cheesy rose was Hannah's idea, by the way. Plus we really weren't trying to match. I promise.

I know you all are wondering who baptized her. It was Brian, so now you don't have to ask me, "How WAS the baptism?"

Cousins!

Some extremely cool Day boys. The other two are my dad and Andy.

Leah's favorite food--pasta salad and pink cookies.

Rachel mummifies herself in the world's best Costco blanket:

It was such a great event--thank you for letting us be part of it. So you're saying Andy and Dad aren't cool?
